OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Generating business in leasing industrial properties (Factory/ Warehouse)
Recognizing client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally.
Conduct site inspections to assess viability and potential for leasing
Continuously source business through networking, organizing marketing and preparing pitch proposals
Building up and maintaining close relationships with clients before and during their business operations in Vietnam.
Prepare commercial proposals and handle contract negotiations with clients.
Support Sales team to prepare the marketing/ presentation material.
Cold call/ follow-up call with prospective clients.
Maintain an Accurate Database of Customer and Prospect Information
Collect the information from Sales team and do weekly reports which template will be released by the management level.
Liaise with other departments e.g., Finance, Legal and Customer Service to generate the necessary information that the Sales team needs to present/ respond to the clients.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
University degree, preferred in Economics/ Finance/ Business Administration
Language: fluent in English or Chinese. Candidates who can speak both languages are preferred.
Over 3 years of working experience, has worked in B2B sales is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Teamwork spirit and ability to work independently
