Leflair, a business unit under SOPA, offers access to over 3,500 premium Vietnamese and international brands, featuring daily flash sales with guaranteed authenticity. It provides customized search options, premium packaging, and enables both local and foreign brands to expand into new markets.

Position: Sales Executive

Work location: D5, HCM City

Working hours: 9AM-6PM (Mon-Fri)

Job Description:

  • Receive, maintain, and develop business relationships with existing suppliers.
  • Research, analyze, and propose collaborations with potential suppliers.
  • Receive product information from suppliers, compile, and prepare complete data for uploading to the system.
  • Periodically update inventory and throughout sales programs.
  • Monitor, compile sales data regularly, and propose solutions to increase revenue.
  • Directly participate in offline sales programs (if any).
  • Support other departments in building, preparing, and executing sales programs.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in business development and sales (experience in offline sales is a plus).
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, especially in fashion and beauty care industries.
  • Proficient in office software, with preference for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible in work.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organization and time management, effective work planning.
