The position holder will perform tasks mainly categorized into 2 grouped activities as below:
1.Customer services
-Provide and monitor customer services to existing customers in industrial gas business to ensure service quality and avoid any deviation or conflicts with customers
-Consult and introduce new services/gas products and application
-Support trouble shooting at customers sites together with Technical team
-Follow up customs clearance procedures for transaction sales into export processing zones
-Monitor sales revenue/receivables, ensure no bad debts
-Administer sales expenses and compliance activities
-Perform assigned sales targets and maintain positive profits
-Deploy digitalization projects together with Nippon Sanso groups
2.Sales/ Business development
-Develop and turn sales prospects into customers
-Collect and analyze industrial gas market information
-Handling sales processes, from cost calculation, quotation, negotiation until sales contract and sales transactions.
-Seek for opportunities to enlarge industrial gas services and gas application in local manufacturing environment
-The bachelor's degree
-Excellent communication skills
-Positive mindset
-Logical thinking
-Resilience
-Business English or Japanese speaking
-PC skills in presentation, data analysis
