The Role
This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive at PRAGATI AGRI PRODUCTS PVT LTD. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.
- Identify customer needs, building relationship and getting customer's pain-point
- Engage with internal team like marketing, sales, operation teams to execute campaign
- Develop and manage lead pipeline through cold calls, email, social media
- Raise interest level, qualify, educate and connect potential client with sales team to deliver revenue target
Ideal Profile
Skills
- Proven experience in selling feed ingredients like corn, rice, soyabean meal, canola meal , de-oiled rice bran to feed mills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes
- Proficiency in English; and computer is a must
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Negotiation and Contract Management skills
- Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Must have computer knowledge like word excel and email
- Must be able to communicate in English and local Vietnamese language
