Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic salesperson to join our team. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, primarily via phone and email, as well as following up and chasing up offers. You will work closely with our team to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements a Sales Action Plan that is aimed to maximize revenue potentials from all market segments;
  • Carrying out daily telesales/sales calls;
  • Hunting for new business, prospects, research and development of new customers;
  • Building a good relationship with customers. Handling the business or request brought by the clients to maximise their potential requirements;
  • Maintaining and developing long term relationships with customers, ensuring that our clients satisfy;
  • Calculating and negotiating customer quotations to the company terms and conditions which meet both the customers and company requirements;
  • Provides feedback to the supervisor on prevailing market needs, wants, trends and challenges;
  • Conducting and evaluating customers surveys ,resolve customer service situations;
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and will fulfill any other duties assigned by the manager
  • Maintain a profitable and reputable.
  • Work with Marketing team to develops and implements the Marketing Plan which includes a Events Plan, data Gathering;
  • Ensuring all operational and personnel paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on time;

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Telesales for service or previous experience in telemarketing, or customer service
  • Experience in Tele sales for hospitality, amusement parks, or entertainment sector is a plus
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (both English & Vietnamese)
  • Good command of office tools and CRM software
  • Insightful, organized, comfortable with phone interactions, proactive
  • Time management and multi-tasking abilities
