Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships and negotiate agreements to maximize profits.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and regularly present them to senior management.
- Manage and allocate sales budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging sales techniques to optimize performance.
- Ensure the sales team operates in line with company values, policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in education, telesales or call centres is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is a must, and proficiency in Mandarin will be a strong advantage.
