Our client is a leading logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Team Leadership and Sales Strategy:
- Direct and motivate the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team effectiveness.
- Market Analysis:
- Gather and regularly update market data and trends.
- Analyze market information to inform strategic decisions.
- Supplier and Agent Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and agents.
- Negotiate terms and foster strategic partnerships.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to enhance performance.
- Implement team-building strategies and manage team dynamics.
- Consultation and Reporting:
- Advise the Board of Directors on business planning and policy development.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to the Board of Management.
- Debt Collection Support:
- Assist the sales team and Accounting Department in recovering outstanding debts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics sales management or 2 years in a related management role.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Foreign Trade, Import-Export, Maritime, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Skilled in planning, organizing, team building, and working under pressure.
