Responsibilities:
- Being in charge of handling chemical product sales, including coming up with plans and strategies, carrying them out, and keeping an eye on and managing them.
- Provide management team with good consultancies about the market, business strategies and manage sales team to achieve the goal.
- Guarantee optimal profitability and compliance with all pertinent company goals, guidelines, and protocols.
- Project predicted sales volume and profit for chemical products; forecast and create annual sales quotas for staff and regions; set sales objectives.
- Supply market data for the annual budget, business plan, etc.
- Create action plans, sales statistics, and important customer plans that all groups can understand and support.
- Preserve sales volume, product mix, and selling price by monitoring competitors, supply and demand, shifting trends, and economic factors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Business administration or related field.
- Having 4 years experience in selling basic chemical products.
- Experienced in selling via distributors and end-users.
- Good at communication and negotiation skills.
- Good teamwork spirit and good problem solving skills.
- Good English skills both verbal and written.
