Key Responsibilities
Market Development and Customer Acquisition:
Identify and engage potential customers for industrial chemicals and lubricants in Vietnam and
other regions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
and retention.
Sales and Business Expansion:
Drive sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
Conduct field visits to client offices and supplier manufacturing sites to enhance business
relationships and explore revenue growth opportunities.
Order and Contract Management:
Oversee order processing, contract negotiation, pricing, and quantity control.
Track and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely shipments and quality standards are met.
Reporting and Collaboration:
Prepare regular sales and performance reports as required by management.
Coordinate closely with the Japan-based team, with occasional direct reporting.
Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
Minimum of 5 years in sales, specifically in industrial chemicals and lubricants.
At least 3 years of team management experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Chemistry, Economics, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
