You'll PerformAs a Cleeksy Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in meeting Cleeksy's acquisition growth and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential and collaborating closely with the GTM team to convert leads into satisfied, long-term customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and plan to identify and qualify new leads, ensuring a steady pipeline for the sales team. Achieve growth and hit the sales targets.
- Conduct sales calls to introduce our products, understand customer needs, and assess the potential of the customer's current digital situation.
- Investigate the customer's demand and consult the road map tailored to their specific business case.
- Be a representative of the company to build and maintain positive and long-lasting customer relationships.
- Motivate, coach, and provide training to the sales team.
- Work closely with our Customer Success team to show how our products work and help them onboard effectively.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
What You'll Bring
- At least 3 years of experience as Sales Manager or Consultant for the software industry or related technology products.
- Have a background in business administration or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks, while also fostering collaboration within the sales team.
- Friendly and good at talking to people, making them feel comfortable, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into effective sales strategies and solutions.
- Isn't afraid to try new things and learn new skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic setting.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and good English is a plus.
