The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, coordinating sales activities, and leading the team and development to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Set specific business goals for AdNetwork, Cross OTT, and VieON.
- Develop long-term and short-term sales plans based on goals and market conditions.
- Analyze market data and industry trends to provide appropriate solutions.
- Propose and implement new sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and build customer lists
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
- Monitor and report on campaign results, providing consulting and support to clients.
- Inform and explain new products and policy updates to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to execute sales contracts.
- Monitor and manage the progress of contract implementation to ensure commitments are met on time.
- Monitor customer payment progress and coordinate to collect receivables promptly.
- Address issues related to payments and receivables to maintain good customer relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing/Digital Marketing (preferred)
- At least 6 years of experience in Digital Agencies, Media Agencies, Digital Performance Agencies, or Publishing entities.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role and over 2 years of management experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies, especially with Programmatic Platforms and Digital Advertising Technology.
- Expertise in building and expanding customer relationships and lists of potential clients.
- Knowledge of SSP, DMP ecosystems, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Problem-solving ability and responsiveness to customer requests.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
