We are a multinational corporation (MNC) operating in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, specifically in hygiene and homecare products. Our product range includes handwash, sanitizer, wet wipes (under the brand Walch), and laundry detergent pods/capsules (branded as KA and ArFum Fresh Hy).
The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Expand new accounts, list in Retailers and get new Distributors within 2-3 first months (must) by using own relationship
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts and managing a sales team
Ideal Profile
- Required language(s): English. Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- Only consider CV written in English.
- Must have successful previous experience in opening new accounts, list in Retailers and get new Distributors within 2-3 first months as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Must have network / relationship with retail systems in Vietnam (MT Channel or GT Channel)
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, analyze market trends and competitor activities, build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and effectively manage a sales team
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Have FMCG background with at least 3 to 5 years successful experience in sales offline in GT Channel or MT Channel (at least with Senior Executive Level). Experience in household cleaning products is strongly preferred. Strongly prefer candidates from the same industry.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

- WORKING HOURS: 6 days per week in which Saturday and Sunday are fixed working days; 01 off day per week (from Monday to Thursday basing on arrangement from the Company)
