  • Identify, qualify, and pursue client leads, including responding to inbound opportunities
  • Develop strong, trustworthy relationships with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our company can provide value
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to complete full project cycles
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software development/outsourcing B2B sales or crypto partnerships, with a proven track record of closing and successfully delivering projects from the ground up
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Action-oriented, while maintaining a focus on team priorities
  • Adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, with a no-ego approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing expectations across various stakeholders and maintaining multiple ongoing relationships
  • Bonus: A passion for and deep understanding of web3 ecosystems, along with knowledge of the current L1/L2 landscape.
