Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to complete full project cycles

Requirements
3+ years of experience in software development/outsourcing B2B sales or crypto partnerships, with a proven track record of closing and successfully delivering projects from the ground up
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Action-oriented, while maintaining a focus on team priorities
Adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, with a no-ego approach
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing expectations across various stakeholders and maintaining multiple ongoing relationships
Bonus: A passion for and deep understanding of web3 ecosystems, along with knowledge of the current L1/L2 landscape.
