Our client, a prominent bakery ingredients manufacturer is looking to expand its business in Vietnam. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for market development within the region, selecting distributors and partners, conducting business negotiations, and signing contracts within the region;
- Responsible for promoting marketing strategies and policies within the region, organizing brand promotion activities and general public relations activities for distributors/customers within the region;
- Responsible for the management of distributors/customers within the region, proposing improvement suggestions to the company in various management processes, product, and marketing service activity organization, etc;
- Responsible for conducting training for distributors/customers within the region;
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing information on competitors and baking-related products within the region.
- Establish and manage the archives of distributors/customers within the region; Evaluate various agents within the region;
- Assist other companies and departments in handling related business.
Requirements:
- Have a bachelor's degree
- Have basic knowledge of baking products, or experience in bakery operation and production;
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with more than 3 years of sales experience in the Non-Dairy Whip Topping or related baking ingredient industry (in the Vietnamese market)
