Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate of Marketing or Business Related Degree, MBA is a plus, Minimum combined 10 years 15 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Training, Experience in tire or automotive industry and strong project and people management skills.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing national channel plans that will ensure sustainable and profitable share growth for Goodyear Vietnam. He/she will identify opportunities to enhancing the company's overall presence in the trade. Incumbent will also ensure that GY maintains strong relationships with dealers, retailers and distributors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute channel strategies and plans
- Work closely with distribution partners to ensure business goals are met
- Drive excellence in account planning and sales and revenue forecasting
- Establish and drive business KPIs
