Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Oil & Gas, $2000, ID16225)
Responsibilities
- Leading the sales force to meet the company's sales goals, and create and evaluate an annual sales plan.
- Overseeing the performance of the sales team overall, including planning, budgeting, and producing strong market growth in terms of revenue, margin, and profit in accordance with our annual and strategic plans.
- Training to improve technical product knowledge and sales abilities
- Researching to expand customer list, maintain customer relationship
- Participate in the creation and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, as well as related initiatives, to attract the interest of possible new clients.
- Recognize new markets and knowledge about market shifts; be well-versed in new product offerings and competitive landscape.
- Sustain and enhance departmental cooperation and communication.
- Other ad hoc duties that the BOD assigns
Qualifications
5 years of experience as the same position selling in Oil & Gas industry or Mechanical engineering/electrical engineering
- Good sales performance management and employee motivation skills
- Good at English
