Job Description
The RCP Sales Manager will be responsible to lead our sales team in Vietnam and is responsible for driving sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding our market presence. This role requires strong leaders who can build and manage a high-performing sales team and foster strong relationships with key clients from retail and consumer product industries.
The position will report directly to the Senior Director of the RCP Customer Operation Unit. The position will require to be working in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Develop and motivate sales professionals by coaching and transferring the knowledge of sales techniques, service offerings, and industry knowledge to the sales team to drive results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
- Lead client engagement by developing and managing relationships at the middle management and key decision maker levels for large and medium customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manages sales transaction pipelines and forecasting.
- Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the Senior Director of the RCP Customer Operation Unit
Qualifications
- University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor's Degree) in a related discipline
- Generally 8 years of relevant experience or background in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry, include but not limited to retails, testing, inspection, auditing, quality, supply chain, etc.
- Extensive work experience and knowledge in Softlines & Hardlines.
- Extensive knowledge of company policies and sales processes.
- Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers.
- Expert on sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken
- Business travel and work outside of the office is required.
