Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ideal candidate must be an American citizen with 100% fluency in English and Vietnamese. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies in the Vietnamese market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Vietnam.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set sales goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • American citizen with 100% fluency in English and Vietnamese
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the textile/interlining industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and culture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within Vietnam and throughout Asia as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the textile/interlining industry in Vietnam.
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese language and culture.
