Position: Sales Marketing Executive
Level: Junior/Middle
Report to: CEO
About the Role:
As a Sales and marketing executives role, you will drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
- Conduct market research as well as extensive research on competitors products and services.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Negotiating the deals with the clients.
- Taking feedbacks and handling complaints from the clients
- Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Preparing budget and time constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Sales, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques (CRM Software, Business Intelligence Dashboards, Accounting and Bookkeeping Systems, Reporting Software, etc)
- High-level communication and networking skills (Social Network, IT field network,etc)
- A result-driven and organized individual.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good Client Relationships & Problem solving
- Good Collaboration & Creativity
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
