Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Sales Marketing Manager at aDigit Asia. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target customer, and competitors.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising.
- Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with strategic goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, and incorporate them into marketing strategies as appropriate.
Sales:
- Generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound efforts (cold calling, email outreach, networking).
- Develop proposals, presentation and pitch services, and close deals with new clients.
- Manage sales pipeline and report on sales metrics, ensuring targets are met.
Client & Team Collaboration:
- Build long-term client relationships and manage client onboarding.
- Collaborate with creative and account management teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Mentor junior team members and provide leadership to the sales/marketing team.
Job Requirement
- More than 03 years of B2B marketing and sales experience in digital marketing agency
- Proven track record of lead generation
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with account-based marketing
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is plus
- English: Strong intermediate level.
