Pmac i din chnh thc nhiu tp on hng u th gii v kim loi qu nh Umicore (c),thit b phng th nghim Thermo Scientific (M) cung cp cho cc khch hng hng uth gii nh Samsung, YKK, Swarovski, v cc n v hng u trong nc nh B tinguyn & mi trng, nhiu trng, Vin, S Khoa hc Cng ngh, PNJ, DOJI, SJC.. v hngtrm cc khch hng t nhn ti Vit Nam, Lo v Campuchia

A. JOB DESCRIPTION/M T CNG VIC:

1. Sales & Marketing Management:

Be responsible for sales revenue of the territory for the whole Vietnam and IndochinaRegion/ Chu trch nhim v doanh thu bn hng ca th trng Vit Nam v khu vcng Dng

Carry out regional Sales & Marketing Strategy and annual business plans/ Thc hin Chinlc Bn hng & Tip th trong khu vc v cc k hoch kinh doanh hng nm.

Regular survey and report market, competitors, products and prices changes, taking partof market analysis, suggest policies and promotions/ Kho st v bo co nhng thay iv th trng, i th cnh tranh, sn phm v gi c, tham gia phn tch th trng, xut cc chnh sch v chng trnh khuyn mi.

Generate new leads via multi/omni channels, develop potentials and executing marketentrance to some industries such as electronics, semiconductors, precision casting,electroplating, jewelry, labware, Cadcam, Dental/ Tip cn khch hng tim nng mithng qua nhiu knh khc nhau; pht trin tim nng v thc hin vic tip cn th trngvo mt s ngnh cng nghip nh in t, cht bn dn, c chnh xc, m in, trangsc,

Organizing team to maintain and develop existing customers/ Xy dng i ng nhn vin duy tr v m rng i tng khch hng.

In charge of implementing Marketing and Communication plan including Branding,Digital & Trade marketing activities suitable for the region./ Ph trch trin khai k hochmarketing bao gm cc hot ng xy dng thng hiu, digital marketing,ph hp

2. Team and Operation Management:

In charge of annual budget and HR plans and executing them with strong emphasis ontraining, coaching and people development / Ph trch thc hin k hoch ngn sch vnhn s hng nm, tp trung vo o to, hun luyn v pht trin con ngi

Set KPIs and supervising daily tasks of all business units and teams to ensure a smooth andeffective operation./ t KPI v gim st cng vic hng ngy ca tt c cc n teamkinh doanh m bo hot ng hiu qu

Evaluate reports and performance and competency of each employee on a regular basis,e.g: weekly / monthly / quarterly / year./ nh k nh gi bo co kt qu hot ng vnng lc ca tng nhn vin.

Propose and responsible for the whole department budget, all assets as well as otherresources in the department. 3. Business and Organization Development:

Being in charge of implementing ERP projects on CRM, FFM, E-Commerce Web, Omnichannels Management's tools/ Ph trch trin khai cc d n ERP trn CRM, FFM, Webthng mi in t,

Set up Customer Care and Distribution System/ Thit lp h thng phn phi v chmsc khch hng

New product lines launching and implementing new business projects as assigned/ Tungra cc dng sn phm mi v trin khai cc d n kinh doanh mi theo phn cng

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS/YU CU CNG VIC:

University graduated with major related to Business, Marketing, Foreign Trade,Engineering or Psychology/ Tt nghip i hc chuyn ngnh lin quan n Kinh doanh,Marketing, Ngoi thng, K thut hoc Tm l hc

English proficiency at 4 skills/ Ting Anh thnh tho 4 k nng

At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Management of minimum 20 teammembers with different sales channels or business units/ t nht 3 nm kinh nghim ti vtr tng ng v qun l team nhiu ngi vi cc knh bn hng, kinh doanh khc nhau

Experience in a professional working environment of sales and service of foreigncustomers, especially Korean and Japanese customers is a plus/ C kinh nghim trong mitrng lm vic chuyn nghip v bn hng v kinh doanh dch v cho khch hng ncngoi, c bit l khch hng Hn Quc v Nht Bn l mt im cng

Experience preferably in both Industrial Sales and FMCG or Pharmacy and Multi/Omnichannels, both Marketing and Sales/ u tin c kinh nghim trong c Kinh doanh sn phmcng nghip v FMCG hoc Dc phm.

Proficient in using computers, reporting and modern management tools, preferably insocial, digital marketing & communication/ S dng thnh tho my tnh, cc cng c boco v qun tr hin i, u tin s dng mng x hi, tip th k thut s & truyn thng
