SCOPE OF WORK:Oversee paperwork, payment tracking, and delivery coordination with various stakeholders to ensure timely payments and seamless project execution with clients

  • Paperwork Handling:Manage bilingual documents (NDA, bidding, due diligence, quotation, master contract, SLA...) following checklist/standards, ensuring all contract terms protect company's interests, with proper storage and compliance.
  • Payment Management:Oversee payment management by ensuring clear contract terms, understanding customer payment processes, monitoring receivables, and taking immediate action when delays are at risk.
  • Delivery Monitoring & Risk Prevention:Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure no gaps between actual delivery and contractual commitments, raising and addressing risks proactively.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have

  • Solid skills in understanding and tailoring bilingual contracts, with strong decision-making abilities to adding/removing terms.
  • Experienced working with various client-side stakeholders (legal, project, payment teams, etc.).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payment terms and processes, with the ability to monitor and manage receivables to ensure timely payments.
  • Detail-oriented, principled, and meticulous in work.
  • Demonstrates a positive mindset and resilience in handling edge cases.

Nice to have

  • Experienced in drafting, tailoring and negotiating software development contracts.
  • Able to maintain the company's strategic positioning with stakeholders.
  • Experienced in coordinating smoothly with internal teams to understand partnership and product development processes (eg: monitor project timelines, identify deviations from agreements and proactively mitigate risks)
