I. Responsibilities
Customer data management and distribution: Synthesize, distribute, control the lead processing process.
(potential customers) and measure the effectiveness of using leads on the CRM system.
Develop management and operational reports periodically or upon request to control the situation and
revenue growth rate.
Accurately input, update, and manage sales data in Excel spreadsheets and the company's CRM system.
Incentives calculation for sales team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data
analysis.
Team communication skills and confidence.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy, meticulous and hardworking, with a good attitude.
Experience with CRM systems and sales management software is an advantage.
II. Candidate Profile
At least 1 year experience in Sale Operation or Data Operation.
Knowledge and experience in telesales will be a plus.
Have sense to detect and regcognize non-compiance behavior.
Ability to communicate and inspire employees.
Have logic-mind.
