We are seeking a Sales Representative to promote our products and services while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Conduct customer visits to present company products and services.
- Receive client orders and ensure accurate processing.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Admin for timely order delivery.
- Provide production forecasts based on client needs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly market reports for management.
- Maintain accurate records in the Sales Force system.
- Assist in organizing seminars and translating presentations for customers.
- Provide training support for customers, including speaker coordination and budget management.
- Take responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Support debt collection efforts by reminding clients of outstanding payments.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in business management
- Expertise in animal nutrition and animal feed additives
- Proficiency in using computer systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive character
- Experience in raw material trading for animal feed and aquatic feed factories is preferred
- University degree or vocational education, preferably in Veterinary or Agriculture Science
- Proven experience in a similar industry is a must
- Existing customer relationships or connections are an advantage
- Proficiency in English with good communication skills
