Our client in HCM City is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join their team in Vietnam.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental or chemical engineering and will be responsible for promoting and selling water quality sensors and analyzers to target market.
The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Vietnamese market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including government agencies, universities, and research institutions.
- Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, explaining technical specifications and benefits.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Client Management:
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Offer post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Manage client accounts, including preparing quotations, contracts, and handling negotiations.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the environmental monitoring industry.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on market and client insights.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies to increase market share in Vietnam.
- Assist in the tender process in Vietnam.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the environmental monitoring or chemical engineering industry.
- Experience in selling technical products or solutions is highly desirable.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in either Chinese or English (mandatory).
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with clients and internal teams.
Technical Skills (Advantageous):
- Familiarity with water quality sensors, analyzers, and related products is a plus.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications is beneficial.
