Huu Toan is a leading generator Original Equipment Manufacturer based in Vietnam. We provide one stop-shop power solution in designing, manufacturing, and servicing our power generation equipment. We are looking for candidates who can support the company to provide fast services and deliver wow customers experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Take care, manage and develop sales with current and new customers based on available data
Follow up the needs arising from our current customers on maintenance and repair services and work with technical team to perform troubleshooting work.
Communicate regularly with customers to capture detailed needs and coordinate with technical team to offer the best solution for customers.
Closely monitor the work process to make the processing time as short as possible, solve problems from customers to provide a consistent quality service and achieve the best satisfaction from the customer.
Track data and progress on handling work with Customers on a daily basis for reporting purposes.
Proactively seek for advice from the leader/management team when encountering problems beyond your own control and/or propose suggestions/solutions that bring the best benefits to customers and the Company.
Track the contract period before expiration with customers A1, A2 to approach and offer service packages to consolidate, maintain and expand the number of new customers.
Review the cost of each customer by year and provide an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of using and not using the maintenance service package.
B. Developing and exploiting a new customer portfolio for maintenance, repair, and rental services
Actively find out in detail the needs of Customers and access through the information channels you may have to reach potential customers for:
Rental services from Construction works, Event organizers, large construction repair units that need to rent and use generators for a short or long term.
Maintenance services from Customers who bought generators from other brands that don't have after sales services.

Note: The ideal candidate will be based in or willing to operate primarily in the Dong Nai - Ba Ria and Long An - Tien Giang regions, as this role requires frequent on-site visits within these areas.
