Main responsibilities: Carry out sales and business activities to achieve monthly/annual targets and provide customer service for all supermarkets in the managed area.
Job Description:
Ensuring to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales volume in their assigned area.
Expand or develop new customers/selling channels.
Follow-up daily/weekly sales target for PGs and propose necessary support them be quickly & timely.
Defining and propose the suitable promotion for each supermarkets system.
Monitoring and promoting buyers to have a good Purchasing Order.
Manage stock levels (in-out) to ensure continuous availability in supermarkets.
Routine check and inspect the market often to support PGs timely.
Solving all queries and feedbacks from supermarkets and customers.
Continuously updating the data of the market, and competitor's information and data.
Hiring and training PGs (Organizing yearly PG Meeting for training, follow up their working schedule, timesheet, propose award and bonus for them..vv)
Building close relationship with customers or Buyers, Purchasing Department.
Submit periodic Report ( weekly/monthly) assigned by KAM.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in FMCG company.
Strong customer communication skills.
Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Highly motivated, diligent, trustworthy, confident, and committed.
Established relationships with supermarkets are strongly preferred.
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills, is an advantage.
