Job Description

Contact and support the Sales Team for service inquiries (ex: provide quotations, checking

price, sending parcels,...) about their business with AD.

Receive urgent requests from the internal sales team and work directly with multi-supporting

teams (CS, planning) to meet customers expectation

Collaborate with English/Chinese team for order migration preparation and local support

Support collecting sample development requests from the sales team, work with product

development team to build and track the sample development progress and send the finished

samples to customers

Collect hard copies, scan, and manage customers principal contracts

Set Up standard quotation and discount price with GSPD

Assist and back-up Sales and provide support and report to Sr. Regional Sales Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of Customer Service or related experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills in English
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills. Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills, Microsoft Office
  • Good time management
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Interpersonal skills
