Our Sales team is looking for a Sales SupportExecutive to join our growing team.

As a Sales Support Executive, you will accompany to assist our Sales leaders in both internal & external exchanges and day-to-day administration's smooth running. You will act as a liaison and a contact point for any issues and requests from the customer accounts assigned to your team.
You love to work with people and try your best to accommodate every call for support. Thus, communication skills, patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset are critical elements to help you succeed in this role. Note: our office is in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam but we are also open for non-Vietnamese candidates in similar timezones (GMT+6, +7, +8) to work remotely with us.
B. What does a successful Sales SupportExecutive look like
1. Customer Care + Sales
You act as the initial point of contact for every incoming inquiry, feedback, and support request from the customers. Thus, as a customer-oriented person, you deliver the highest quality customer service and ensure every customer is accommodated and satisfied.
- Serve as first line in the reception of customers inquiries/ complaints and implementation of procedures to promptly solve/ transfer those inquiries to appropriate parties
- Advise the customers queries/ requests/expressions of interest for products/ services
- Monitor and follow up with the service request tickets assigned to your team
- Perform follow-up on and after the customer's inquiries/ demands are solved to ensure the satisfaction of customers
- Record highlighted activities made to the customers in our CRM system
- Coordinate with Sales Manager and Sales Operation team for customer care activities
- Assist Sales Manager in finding new sales opportunities, negotiating with customers, and closing deal
2. Sales Admin
- Acquire a strong understanding of the sales process and execute the assistance where needed
- Be accountable for tracking data and making sure the account/deal/contract/other information of the assigned customers on our CRM system is up to date
- Assist Sales Manager in handling ad-hoc service/additional change requests from existing clients directly work with the customers and consultant team to define the solution and scope of work for presenting offers/ quotes
- Work with Sales Manager to assess new needs from the existing clients where identified
- Handle paperwork: standard proposal, quotation, contract, acceptance protocol, liquidation, etc. as requested; coordinate with the Sales Manager and Sales Operation team to review/negotiate contractual terms & conditions; and handle contract/document delivery with the customers
- Store & keep track of contracts and all relevant sales documentation
- Conduct other administrative activities, e.g. prepare/update software and service pricing for the Sales Manager, book meeting room, set up external meetings, take MoM, run necessary reports, etc.
C. What you'll need
- 2-3 years of experience selling software and understanding of selling IT projects
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a background in technology or business-related fields is a plus
- Good command of English (IELTS 6.5/ TOEFL iBT 93/ TOEIC 800 or above)
- Advanced Excel skills with an understanding of data analysis and management, CRM applications (e.g., FreshSales, Salesforce), Microsoft Office
- Experienced working with different teams and departments
- Experienced and comfortable with documentation
- Have experience working and communicating with corporate customers
- Ability to handle work when the Sales Manager is absent
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, problem-solving, and executing efficient processes
- A goal-oriented individual who is also adaptable to rapid changes and actively seeks to solve problems
