About The Department
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate daily reports on Sales & Activities performance.
- Monitor and analyze Sales Performance results.
- Provide sales administrative support in relation to scheduling of meetings/writing meeting minutes.
- Manage the safekeeping and control of files during operation hours.
- In charge of Lead data (distribute data to RM/TM, record and manage tracking file, send report to relevant teams)
- Support for Sales Contest/Campaign, other relevant activities.
- Design EDM/ letter for campaign.
- Other tasks assigned by Sales Head
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
