Responsibilities
- Implement initiatives to change and improve sales systems and processes
- Prepare business requirement documents and related documents according to the company's change request process.
- Propose initiatives to change and improve sales systems/processes based on business analysis, actual situation, feedback from the sales team, or high level requirement ()
- Coordinate with relevant departments to determine the scope of work, clarify requirements and expected results.
- Prepare test cases document and perform UAT to ensure change requests properly and fully meet business requirements.
- Work with relevant departments to plan the implementation of initiatives and ensure that requirements and work progress are met.
2.Control all change requests and process related to sales
- Follow up implementation plan and report any issues affecting requirements and progress of change request.
- Monitor work progress and make adjustments to ensure requirements of change request are met.
- Monitor the system after implementing change requests to ensure no errors occur and impact business. Handle sales system and process incident (if any).
3.Propose initiatives to change and improve sales systems and processes, in order to enhance sales experience and contribute improvement of sales productivity.
4.Project coordination
- Support to follow up tasks related to business transformation projects
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics, or majors related to system management and development
- At least 06 months of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.)
- Language requirements Vietnamese native, English fluent
- Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint)
- Ability of logical thinking and presentation skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Proactive communication and work with sales team
