Job Description:
Implement initiatives to change and improve sales systems and processes
- Business requirement documents and related documents according to the company's change request process.
- Propose initiatives to change and improve sales systems/processes based on business analysis, actual situation, feedback from the sales team, or high level requirement ()
- Coordinate with relevant departments to determine the scope of work, clarify requirements and expected results.
- Prepare test cases document and perform UAT to ensure change requests properly and fully meet business requirements.
- Work with relevant departments to plan the implementation of initiatives and ensure that requirements and work progress are met.
Control all change requests and process related to sales
- Follow up implementation plan and report any issues affecting requirements and progress of change request.
- Monitor work progress and make adjustments to ensure requirements of change request are met.
- Monitor the system after implementing change requests to ensure no errors occur and impact business. Handle sales system and process incident (if any).
- Propose initiatives to change and improve sales systems and processes, in order to enhance sales experience and contribute improvement of sales productivity.
Project coordination
- Support to follow up tasks related to business transformation projects
Other tasks
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics, or majors related to system management and development
- At least 06 months of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.)
- At least 6-months of experience in change request management
- Language requirements Vietnamese native, English fluent
- Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint)
- Ability of logical thinking and presentation skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Proactive communication and work with sales team
