Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities

As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and achieving sales goals by:

  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team focused on delivering core business values tailored to customer needs.
  • Evaluating and implementing best practices in sales strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborating closely with application and infrastructure sales teams to provide consulting and solution services.
  • Managing daily operations of the sales and SDR (Sales Development Representative) teams.
  • Articulating compelling value propositions around cloud services and IT solutions.
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and driving customer adoption of technology solutions.
  • Collaborating with presales and tech teams to analyze customer objectives and recommend suitable solutions.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales management, business development, or similar roles within the IT solutions industry.
  • Proven experience in sales of cloud-based solutions, particularly AWS.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-starter with a track record of achieving defined sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills & Experiences

  • Experience with Azure or Google Cloud sales is advantageous.
  • Background in the ICT industry, particularly in cloud, DevOps, or related sectors.
  • Previous employment with leading IT companies like CMC, FPT, or similar.
