Tasks & Responsibilities
As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and achieving sales goals by:
- Building and leading a high-performing sales team focused on delivering core business values tailored to customer needs.
- Evaluating and implementing best practices in sales strategies and techniques.
- Collaborating closely with application and infrastructure sales teams to provide consulting and solution services.
- Managing daily operations of the sales and SDR (Sales Development Representative) teams.

Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in sales management, business development, or similar roles within the IT solutions industry.
- Proven experience in sales of cloud-based solutions, particularly AWS.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-starter with a track record of achieving defined sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
