Team size: 5-7 people
Job responsibilities:
Planning
- Proposed training plan with proper training contents for every segment of agency to align with company strategy
- Manage training plan of all kind of training apply for agency force
- Planning & manage training budget are used efficiency.
Training content design & development
- Design & development training road map for agency forces & other supports people
- Implement the training need analysis to understand the competencies situation and suggest the adjustment if needed
- Provide & manage the Train the Trainer all agency training content adequately to Trainer, AD staff and other staff
- Provide & involve training contents for agency development project as required
AD/STS Development
- Provide training contents related to life insurance knowledge & operation to AD/STS development
- Involve & organize AD/STS development activities
Digital Academy Development
- Produce & manage all digital content related to Training
Training Quality Assurance
- Prepare & control all training operation procedure to make sure training activities are proper & comply
Training management system
- Manage all training system including AMS & LMS
Job requirements:
- University graduated, major in Business Administration, Economics, Pedagogic, Law, Marketing, etc.
- Understanding Insurance Market is preferred
- Minimum 5 years in writing and/or designing training materials
- Experienced in leading a team and able to work under pressure
- Good planning, organization and presentation skills;
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Able to work under high pressure
- Able to work with both team and independently
