RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in AMS/ Roll out/ Implementation projects.
- Receive and handle from customers incidents and change requests.
- Analyze new incident/change requests and discuss with the key process owners to define the solutions or work around actions.
- Perform, test and document business processes configurations
- Develop functional specifications and assist technical team in developing programs to meet functional requirements
- Analyze customer business requirements, needs and objectives and map them to ERP and Production systems solutions and processes to be implemented.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree or higher degree
- Min 5 years experience of SAP module MM/PP/SD, Production systems, .
- Good knowledge of SAP Logistics, Business processes, Configuration and Reporting, Authorization and integration with FI, CO, FM modules or other systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Logistics (MM/SD/PS) modules and 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand requirements and identify gaps.
- Serves as a senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes associated with business applications.
- Responsible for planning, defining detailed requirements, analyzing business needs, designing, and validating solutions with a business team of client and developers to ensure delivery of the best solution to complex programs.
- Ability to analyze and solve highly technical complex problems.
- Successfully manage and contribute to multiple implementations ensuring project timelines are met, and client issues are fixed.
- Customer-focused, devoted, hard-working and very responsible at work with a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork player.
- Good English communication.
