We are seeking an experienced CTO who can accompany us in our internal IT company building products, especially in the Securities, Banking, and Finance domains. The CTO will be the key driving force in providing a secure, effective, expandable platform for our customers that contributes the maximum value to our business.
This position will work in Hanoi and report directly to Company BOM.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all matters relating to technology in the organization, including IT architecture/IT solutions and strategies, and develop the solution roadmap to meet business goals
- Together with the HR department to build up the technology department
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training technical leaders
- Lead and manage the different teams and resources in the technology departments of various countries, including the Application Development Department, Cyber Security Department, IT Integrated Solutions, Delivery Department, Client Technology and Technology Operations Department, and IT Infrastructure v.v.. to achieve business goals.
- Create and manage timelines for the development and deployment of technology services.
- Manage the budgets and time frames of technology projects
- Identify risks and opportunities for existing and future projects
- Stay updated on emerging technological trends and developments
- Ensure that all technology practices align with compliance regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Software Engineering/ Telecommunication or equivalent majors.
- Demonstrate at least 4 years experience as CTO or similar managerial role within product companies, especially in Securities, Banking, and Finance domains, with a proven track record in Technical Architecture, Digitalization Transformation/ Core Securities systems/Core Banking/ Cloud Infrastructure/ Cloud Transformation/IT - Data- System Integration/ Security
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems, data security, and infrastructure
- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- A solid strategic mindset, holistic thinking, and a will-do attitude.
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills with a high ability of self-motivation and team motivation.
- Fluent communication in English in terms of both oral and written forms and working with global colleagues and stakeholders.
- Willing to go on business trips abroad as assigned.
