Responsibilities:
- Open accounts and update customer information. Monitor the status of newly opened accounts and liaise with the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) to ensure accounts are properly opened, especially in cases of VSD rejections.
- Register trading codes for foreign clients.
- Open FII linked accounts for foreign clients.
- Depository services (Monitor customer securities balances at Ph Hng Securities (PHS) and VSD, handle transfers, ownership transfers, inheritance procedures, asset gifting, etc.).
- Track information, declare, execute, and reconcile arising rights and entitlements.
- Lock/release pledged securities at VSD or PHS.
- Manage shareholder records (oversee customer shareholder lists; monitor and update information for all shareholders of issuing organizations).
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by direct management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, securities, banking, or related fields.
- Over one year of experience in a similar position at a securities company.
- Solid knowledge of the securities and financial markets.
- Ability to communicate, read, and understand documents, contracts, and procedures in English.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, quick-witted, and skilled in handling situations.
- Eager to learn, with a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude towards colleagues.
- Honest, responsible, and capable of handling tasks under high pressure.
- Proficient in communication, consulting, and professional customer service.
- Possession of a securities practicing certificate issued by the State Securities Commission is an advantage.
