Develop, implement and regularly review security plans to meet company business and security objectives.
To provide timely security updates and advice to the Leadership Team on all matters concerning security threats or business interruptions involving security related matters.
Continuously review, implement, and maintain effective security policy, procedures and practices to ensure safety and protection of personnel, assets, information and business operational activities.
To support in planning and conducting security enquiries, investigations, and reviews of security/ SOBC/ whistle-blowing activities, upon direction from the Business Integrity Panel or VNC Security Manager.
Co-ordinate Risk and Crisis Management processes to ensure that proactive assessment of, planning for and management of risk and crisis is carried out within the Company.
Contribute to Planning Cycles to meet local Business and Regional functional objectives.
Leverage understanding and support of stakeholders (internal and external) to support better-informed decisions in addressing security concerns / issues effectively.
Drive effectiveness and efficiency of the security budget and other security related costs.
Assess, evaluate, plan and arrange third party security vendors (Contracted security guards, Access control & CCTV vendors) and fire services on a needs basis. Supervise the efficiencies of contractual services and review service scopes.
Conduct security threat and risk assessments.

Actively lead the standard of excellence in delivery of Security policies, practices and outcomes.
Leverage knowledge & skills across APMEA South Security Team to help build a more resilient, capable, and competent group of Security personnel
Coach Security officer with regards to subject matter, the BAT Values and acting as role model.
Lead by example & develop/build a professional & supportive culture
Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
Professional qualification of military and/or police institution (staff college/defense college or equivalent) and formal qualification in security management
Minimum 3 years experience in a supervision/management role
Comprehensive knowledge of security management, with previous experience in law enforcement or military service or corporate security in the private sector.
Ability to identify and address key security issues to support strategic business needs.
Be capable of cultivating and mobilizing resources to obtain and collate detail on all potential threats to the Company.
Sound mature judgement and decision-making ability
Fluent English, Vietnamese
Good stakeholder management skills to drive agenda
