I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Account & Relation Management:
- Together with Account Supervisor, communicate with clients to deliver daily work as per Client's expectations, grasp their issues, and immediately inform supervisor levels with solutions. In addition, pursue clients agendas with their insight and passion.
- Contact and maintain client partnerships, and ensure work meets client's expectations.
- Oversee the management of multiple partners and 3rd parties to deliver full-circle execution of communication programs
2. Planning & Execution Management:
- Together with Senior levels of other departments to prepare Proposals for new Clients. Tailor-made case studies up to each Client's business, except case studies relevant to strategy mainly.
- Guide and together with AE collect and well prepare the contents relevant to brand induction, client debriefing, competitive review, market check, contact report, project timeline. Get Supervisor's approval before releasing to Client or internal teams.
- Assist Account Supervisor to develop Client Briefs (in case the Client just brief verbally) and simple Briefs for internal teams, cooperating with Head of Media/Media Planner, Creative, Strategic Planner.
- Supervise AE to prepare competitive materials collection and client materials supporting.
- Strategic development and implementation of marketing campaigns: Present and discuss the campaign with clients, implementation plan, negotiate the project implementation contract.
- Implement the contract, follow up and ensure the quality of the implementation.
- Participate in budget planning and develop scope of work, schedule, cost estimates, and related project documents.
- Report on the implementation of each phase and the entire campaign team.
- Assume responsibility for any other duties or projects which may be given.
3. Quality Assurance & Operations:
- Review all inputs & outputs to make sure they meet cost/schedule/quality requirements from clients and give feedback accurately to team members.
4. People Development:
- Develop and manage AE and interns. Support AE and intern execution and motivate them to grow up.
II. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree prefer: Advertising, PR, Marketing or Communications major.
- Candidates have at least 4 years of work experience in the related field and 1 year in a similar position in an consulting/creative/digital agency is required.
- Experienced in the production category including Social Content, Digital Performance, Social Outreach,...
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Participate in project implementation from meeting customers until the end of the campaign. Candidates with experience implementing projects in the industries of Health Care, Beauty, Cosmetics and FMCG are a plus point.
- Be stable under pressure and have a strong sense of urgency.
- Must be effective at multitasking, time management, strategic and innovative thinking.
- Initiate, understand customer wishes in terms of products, business goals and communications.
- Understand how to operate and deploy communication channels in the Digital field.
- Dynamic, creative, loves light searching, sensitive in updating information and new advertising expressions. High sense of responsibility, proactive in work.
