Job Summary
The Senior Account Executive acts as the bridge between the client and the creative agency. This role requires a deep understanding of the client's needs, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring effective communication, and overseeing the delivery of creative projects that meet client objectives. S/He is leading excellence in the Mx (Media Experience) services delivery.
Responsibilities
1/ Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business, goals, and challenges.
- Regularly update clients on project status, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
2/ Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and client objectives.
- Assist in the creation and presentation of strategic proposals and pitches.
3/ Creative Oversight
- Ensure that creative outputs align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Review and provide feedback on creative work, ensuring it meets the brief and achieves the desired impact.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative ideas.
4/ Financial Management
- Manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for both the agency and clients.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and financial negotiations with clients.
5/ Communication
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
- Document meeting notes, project updates, and client feedback.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports to clients and senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in account management within a creative agency or similar environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful client relationships and delivering high-quality projects.
- Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and digital media.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
