OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB
The (Senior) Account Executive will work closely with clients to understand their project expectations. He/ She also takes responsibility for daily communication with internal teams and clients to deliver work progress with the greatest satisfaction of clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Project execution and management: receive briefs and work with functional teams/seek out suitable resources to ensure SOW delivery within the aligned project timeline.
- Daily contact with the client on project WIP & reports. Actively engage with internal/external teams through clear and precise communications throughout the campaign: from planning to liquidation.
- Participate and contribute to strategic planning & creative development through market/competitor reviews and research support for internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal/external teams to prepare reports (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ final/ etc.).
- Work with line manager to ensure the quality of all delivered SOWs.
- Manage and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge: Good knowledge about brand communication.
2. Experience
- Have 2-3 years of working experience in an Advertising agency.
- IMC/ Digital/ BTL experience.
- Working experience with Japanese clients/ brands is an advantage.
3. Skills
- Strong ownership, time management, and quick action.
- Problem-solving, logical & critical thinking.
- Good communication and presentation skills (proficient in both English and Vietnamese).
- Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
4. Personality/ Attitude
- Client Service mindset: kind, calm, mature, good listener.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, supportive, and highly responsible.
- Learning and positive attitude with an open mind.
- Passionate in the Marketing and Advertising industry.
5. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Communications or related fields.
