Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Account Manager located in Ho Chi Minh. The B2B Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned enterprise customers, developing and implementing account plans, and driving revenue growth through new sales opportunities and solutions. They will also work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and account management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze and understand complex customer requirements and provide solutions
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and services
• Fluency in English is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in B2B account management or sales is preferred
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
