Job Summary
You are responsible for the ownership of overseeing client's projects by leading and monitoring our 360 Communication Campaign. You will bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams ensuring the top-quality work of each project while coaching your junior team members.
Supervisory Responsibility
In this role, you will lead and mentor a dynamic team of 2-3 members ranging from Interns to Supervisors. Your guidance will be pivotal in shaping their growth and driving the team's success.
Job Responsibility
- Take all responsibility for the client project: lead BTL and IMC campaigns (focus on BTL).
- Monitor all project activities to ensure the greatest satisfaction delivery to the client.
- Coach and guide your junior team members.
- Support teammates for other projects.
Required Skills/ Abilities
- Master in Client Service mindset.
- Leadership, organizational, and communication skills (both oral & written skills).

- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and solution oriented.
- Excel planning, presentation, and communication skills in both English & Vietnamese (oral & written).

- Willingness to take on challenges and work that require/ involve frequent travel.
Education and Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in the Communication & Advertising industry.
- Have a strong through-the-line and rich experience in BTL from planning to execution.
- Knowledge of Marketing, Brand communication, and Brand experiments (lifestyle, entertainment events, consumer events, motorbike/ automobile events, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Communications or related fields.
