Here's where you come in.
- Integrate seamlessly art, copy, and editing techniques, and guides the team across each.
- You are a creator and an ideator who can execute at both a high speed and volume.
- Capable of working with large creative groups, and with cross-functional disciplines with the agency.
- Masters crafts and ideas accompanied by delivering high quality, actionable feedback.
- Connecting the dots between culture and content to make concise and relevant creative recommendations.
- Championing the look and feel of your brands. (Style guides are your bible.)
- Support CDs, ACDs and win new business pitches.
- Help review and optimize the juniors output while making sure they are being developed as creative problem solvers.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of creative solutions, from content work to larger campaign initiatives for a variety of clients and industries. This includes both executing work on your own as well as managing and approving the work of your assigned creative team.
- Assists in developing company wide creative processes including voice and content workshops, brief sessions, high priority brainstorms, emerging technology and social opportunities, and innovating on campaign work.
- Understanding, articulating, and strategically applying the latest social best-practices to every creative opportunity.
- Masters industry best practices and be able to articulate the unique VaynerMedia POV
- Embodies strong creative vision and understanding of client and agency business needs and objectives.
Your Experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the creative media or advertising field in the Malaysia market.
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams, to create and manipulate video, a plethora of photography, social copy, gifs, short clips, streaming stories, etc.
- Self-starter and demonstrates ability to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients.
- Wrangle and roll with your teammates on rapid-fire requests and seriously tight timelines while keeping a chill, proactive attitude.
- Lastly, think logically even under pressure and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
