Description
This position is expected to successfully develop client portfolio, including existing and new clients, and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure the achievement of the sales target. He/ she will support the HOD in identifying and developing new business opportunities to contribute to achievement of the team's annual revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Primarily identify and build up the list of suspects, prospects to develop new business, cross sale and manage the existing portfolio of clients mainly for Property and Casualty insurance products to hit sales targets
- Deploy the sales process from approaching until securing clients
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services offered by WTW.
- Work with the broking team in determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing the deal
- Prepare for presentation and verify all contractual documents prior to binding the contract with clients
- Join the team for bidding for projects assigned and implementation of contract when appointed
Client Relationship Management
- Understand the client's business and risk management needs and deliver them through the provision of ongoing service
- Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction and follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the placement cycle, including but not limit to designing/obtaining of quotations, explaining insurance terms/conditions, making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients
- Provide the highest level of customer service to existing and new clients, maintaining profitable revenue to achieve renewal target
- Work closely with clients, insurers, Client Relationship Manager and overseas network to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s)
Broking
- Support in negotiating with insurers to get the best offers
- Negotiate best terms, quotations and mid-term cover alterations for assigned accounts. Answer enquiries, consult with and advise clients on risk exposures, coverages and contract issues for assigned accounts ensuring quality of client service and effective handling of clients needs
- Coordinate with Claim Department to follow-up and update claim settlement to clients
- Support Accounting Department in premium collection
- Other tasks assigned by HOD and the Company
Qualifications
Requirements:
- University degree
- Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.
- At least 05 years experience in non-life insurance at similar role either in client management or business development in B2B industry
- Knowledgeable in concepts, principles, practices, applications, insurance standard
- Proven track of sales record
- Client-oriented, innovative and quick-learning
- Good problem solving, time-management & negotiation skills
- High integrity, good communication & presentation skills
- Well client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
- Excellent consultative selling skill
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
