Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Business Analyst in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The IT Business Analyst will analyze business requirements and processes, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure that technical solutions meet business needs. The IT Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex information
- Proven experience in Business Analysis and creating Business Requirements
- Familiarity with Business Process management methodologies and tools
- Understanding of Information Technology concepts and frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Gather business and system requirements from end users.
- Communicate with users to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements
- Assist users and work with the development team or vendor to define requirements, suggest ideas, and provide solutions
- Quickly absorb and understand domain knowledge
- Document the project operations (URD, SRS, FSD, Diagram) in both Vietnamese & English
- Study, and propose new features (as well as improvements/ enhancements) for software
- Be actively involved in the complete project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final delivery
