Job Requirement:

BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience

6+ years of experience in software development.

6+ years of working experience shipping scalable, cloud-native distributed systems

Proficient in at least one of the languages: Java, NodeJS

Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures, knowledge of object-oriented

design, Design Patterns, and multi-threaded programming

Strong OOP skills, with the ability to analyze requirements and transform them into

scalable software designs.

Experience with HTTP, and REST APIs and competent designing and building web

services/microservices in a commercial setting.

Competent in design/implementation for reliability, availability, scalability, and

performance.

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.

Hands-on Java / NodeJS Programming Expertise (Core Java, J2EE, Spring framework)

Hands-on design caching layer with distributive Redis cache.

Hands-on Building Restful Services.

Experience working on SQL and NoSQL solutions with a clear understanding of the pros

and cons of both relational & free form databases.

Knowledge and a particular interest in issues related to large-scale distributed stream

processing, real-time computation systems

Ability to determine the impact of architectural solutions and come up with

recommendations

Design, architect and build data systems and pipelines

Solid understanding of user management and runtime security

Experience in container orchestration like Terraform/Kubernetes/Docker/Helm Charts is

a plus.

You are experienced at building highly available services, possessing knowledge of

common service-oriented design patterns and service-to-service communication protocols

Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

Experience with production operations and best practices for putting quality code in

production and troubleshooting issues when they arise

Able to effectively communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing (technical

proposals, design specs, architecture diagrams, and presentations)

Responsibilities:

Work within a team of highly talented engineers, products, and architects to design and

develop a highly scalable and configurable Identity Platform.

You will be involved in all aspects of the project life cycle, from the initial kickoff

through the requirements analysis, design, and implementation.

Must be a self-starter, work independently or as a team member, and have strong

communication skills in interfacing with business partners and Technology.

You are required to build domain knowledge for all channels that we support at the

Identity platform.

Highly analytical, innovative, and able to think strategically and develop comprehensive

detailed specifications.

Highly effective at working in cross-functional groups and getting results in matrix

• organizations.
