I. Company description:

II. Key responsibilities:
- Participate in outsourcing projects for Japanese market customers;
- Be a bridge between Japanese customers and Offshore project teams in Vietnam;
- Prepare project documents (Domain project is about Insurance);
- Work directly with Japanese customers: Communicate, negotiate, receive, analyze software project requirements... and convey to the project team in Vietnam;
- Plan, monitor progress, manage teams,....
III. Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of BA experience working in the Japanese market;
- Good Japanese communication (JP N2), English communication with customers;
- Good training and guidance for Senior level members;
- Able to advise solutions for customers;
- Have knowledge of data and data query, API design;
- Have knowledge and skills in testing and accepting software products;
- Have the ability to self-design (draft) and quickly build products without waiting for design;
- Proactively solve problems, approach the project's domain and business;
- Plus points: assess the logic and aesthetics of UI/UX Design, have experience in improving user UX;
- Experience with design thinking tools such as mindmap,...;
- Experience leading a team is a plus.

- Form of work: on-site 100% at the office
- Office location: Duy Tan, Cau Giay, Hanoi
- Working hours: 8:30 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday
- Salary rate: max offer 40 mil gross
