Working closely with: Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Business Analysts.
Responsible For: Working with the sales consultants, CSMs, growth and expansion and solutions engineers to understand customer requirements, analyse them, discuss potential solutions with the engineering team and break down the solution into User Stories. You Manage the flow of queries, prioritise & manage delivery timeframes based on engineering priorities and capacity, and create visibility on work progress.
Goal: Ensure that our pipeline of customer requests is smoothly prioritised and developed, while maintaining visibility for the rest of the organisation so they can manage customer expectations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clarify customer needs with the solution engineering team
- Gather, analyse and breakdown requirements into User Stories
- Facilitate grooming and estimation workshops of Paid Work
- Facilitate decision making discussions
- Validate the quality of software deliverables
- Assist the Product Manager with sprint planning and prioritisation
- Assist the team and department with improving Business Analysis and general processes
- Creation of documentation, holding trainings, clear process that the teams can follow including templates
- At times joining calls with customers, prospects and third parties to clarify technical requirements
Product Knowledge or (Industry) Experience Required:
- Ideally worked in professional services, pre-sales in a fast paced environment

- Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in producing high quality project artefacts as a Business Analyst.
