We're in search of a Senior Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in the success of our software projects and products. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories and product backlogs. Additionally, you will actively engage with clients, gathering feedback and incorporating it into product development.
HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business context, including goals, challenges, and opportunities;
- Conduct user research to gather insights and validate assumptions;
- Research and define user needs;
- Analyze and propose solutions to address users pain points;
- Define clear and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria;
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives;
- Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and business process diagrams;
- Take ownership of backlog management, prioritizing user stories based on value, feasibility, and alignment with business goals;
- Ensure the backlog is well-prepared and ready for development;
- Foster strong collaboration with the Development Team through active participation in sprint activities;
- Provide clarifications, guidance, and address questions to maintain smooth project progress;
- Prepare reports and present insights to management and other stakeholders.
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAZIMIZE YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role;
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills;
- The ability to learn and adapt to new domains quickly;
- Effective communication and negotiation skills;
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
- Experience working with E-COMMERCE or lated domain such as: Loyalty, Retails, etc. is highly preferable.
- Understanding of Agile and experience working in Agile-driven environments;
- Adaptable, fast learner and proactive.
